Fresh back from testing out in Morocco's back country. With nearly 300kg of cargo, we shook, rattled and rolled this design for over 1500km off-road from undulating dunes to punishing washboard roads. The piste can really stretch your kit to its limits especially when you have a quarter of a ton of kit strapped to it. Using a thick gauge aluminium tube, our roof rack is lightweight and incredibly resistant to deforming or denting. We can produce this tested version in a range of sizes, painted or unpainted. Add accessories such as additional lighting or even a crane to get those heavy items up there safely. 

A durability test on a design in the wild. We really put these through the ringer. They were driven through thick dust, scraped down acacias, driven over countless miles of corrugated roads, all while filled the the brim. Some good lessons were learnt on this test. The revised designs will be available for those looking for a complete and robust solution for underslung storage and steps to add to your rig. An optional slide out deck was made to allow the steps to be either pulled directly out from the door or down the side of the truck.

A super simple, strong and effective rear rack to carry those essentials you hope you won't need. This example was put together to carry spare parts that could potentially stop your rig from going any further including, spare clutch, master and slave cylinders, alternator, starter motor, half shafts and 40l of spare fuel. We used the opportunity to mount two rear facing cameras, high level brake lights, indicators, beacons and flood lights for better visibility for both the driver and other road users. This design was tested over some of the hardest off road routes we could get the vehicle through, in Morocco. Need something simple and affordable for your rig?
